Shipping Policy

Free Shipping:​

We offer free shipping for all pickup orders and for orders over $49.

Standard Shipping: 

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is placed. You will be provided with an email confirming your tracking number and expected delivery date. While we strive to meet our standard shipping times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pickup Option:

Pickup orders can be ready within two hours of being placed. Orders can be picked up at our designated pickup location at 1135 Westminster Ave. #E Alhambra, CA 91803. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.​

Return & Exchange Policy

Food Product Returns:

At Little Jasmine, we prioritize the safety of our consumers and employees. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons for food products. However, we understand that customer satisfaction is paramount. Therefore, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with our product.

 

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@littlejasminefood.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied with the product.

  2. Provide details of your order and reason for dissatisfaction.

  3. Once approved, we will initiate the refund process.

  4. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
