Strawberry Cheesecake Lotus Bun Recipe

Strawberry Cheesecake:

Original (Plain) Lotus Bun

Cheesecake

Sliced Strawberries

Whipped Cream

Bun Preparations:

Steaming:

• Use an electrical steam or traditional Steamer

• Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes

Microwave:

• Wrap bun(s) with wet paper towel

• Microwave on low for 30 to 45 seconds

Preparation Instructions:

1. Prepare the Plain lotus bun

2. Dice up some strawberries

3. Mix strawberries with cheesecake

4. Put mixture into the bun

5. Enjoy with whipped cream
