Ingredients
1 slice of Bacon
1 Egg
Hoisin Sauce
Cucumber
Green onion
Original Lotus Bun
Bun Preparations:
Use an electrical steam or traditional Steamer
Toss buns into steamer and leave in steamer for 5 to 10 minutes
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Place the bacon in a baking sheet and bake until desired crispiness
Step 2: Fry eggs and desired
Step 3: Slice cucumbers
Step 5: Add the fried egg into the steamed bun
Step 6: Place the bacon on top
Step 7: place some cucumber slices, lay on the sauce and green onions.
Step 8: Enjoy!
