  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email confirming your tracking number and expected delivery date. While we strive to meet our standard shipping times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Please reach out to info@littlejasminefood.com as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Our Customer Service Team is available M-F between 9 AM-5 PM PST. If your order has been packaged and shipped we are unable to cancel it.
  • Where is your location for order pickup?
    Our pickup order location is at 1135 Westminster Ave. #E Alhambra, CA 91803. We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Can I track my order?
    Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for tracking your package. This email is usually sent within 24 hours after your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order shipping.
